Question: Hi Doctor,
I have M type baldness and approached few doctor for consultation, after review one of them informed me that I will need 2100 grafts to cover the baldness and i need to shave my head. At the same time I heard about stem cell therapy (mesotherapy) and its benefits and I opt for stem cell instead, however after an year and half it did not gave me any good results i still have same baldness so after 2 years I approached another Hair transplant doctor/surgeon for consultation and this doctor informed me that I will need around 3000 grafts instead. This time as I don't have any other options I agreed for it and got the surgery done. I have attached the pics for your reviews. However after the surgery I noticed that the grafts which were implanted seems to be very less... to 3000 and on the other hand one of my friend who actually got the same surgery done with 3000 graft has different results i mean total area where 3000 graft was implanted looks huge where as mine hardly looks like 1500 grafts, Also after my surgery i noticed that there are more gaps in and over the implanted area and the hairline also is not fashioned correctly... So can you review the pics and let me know if it was done right or what more could have been done... or what I can do right now... thanks !
So, my questions are:
1. Does this looks like 3000 grafts
2. After implants should there be such gaps in and around the implanted area
3. To me it seems like hairline is not fashion correctly, do you think the same...
4. Did the doctor had enough opportunity to implant all 3000 grafts and give me a perfect hairline, density 'per sq cms', and a fuller look

Brief Answer:
Density good, hairline not good

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
Here are your answers.
1. Definitely it is not 3000 grafts, but area is well covered.
2. Yes there are such gaps which will get covered when hair regrows.
3. Hair line is usually kept straight in front and inclining back, yours is in zig zag fashion. Probably not properly done.
4.The density is fine. It is not possible to put grafts much nearer but 3000 grafts are not required for such small area.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

And I am thinking to correct my hairline so for this after how many days can I go for a follow up / another session of transplants.
