Are Fatigue, Back And Muscle Pain Early Symptoms Of Leukemia?

Question: From my history you can see i am an extreme hypochondriac and prone to severe anxiety. I am concerned if the following sounds like leukemia.
Most days I experience a period of extreme tiredness - not all day but that might last 30 minutes once or twice a day. I also have sharp pain on the my sides and lower back (only when I move - for example, the process of standing up or sitting down), It is somewhat bilateral but more on the left and runs from the side of my waist to my rib cage. To the best of my thinking, it is muscle pain.....not bone. NSAIDS do provide some relief. It does not hurt if I'm just sitting or lying down. Pushing on the hip bone does not cause pain, but squeezing the muscle (oblique?) creates the same pain feeling.
I went to a walk in lab last week where they collect blood and then send it out, and had a CBC and complete metabolic panel. It took several days, but they were unable to run the CBC as the sample was clotted. They did run the metabolic panel and everything was solidly in the middle of normal - e.g. bilirubin, protein, albumin, calcium, etc. Readings were identical to my readings for the past 15 years. ALT slightly high at 60, but historically it has run between 45 and 60. AST was 28. The entire panel was 100% consistent with all past tests.
I have NO night sweats, have not lost weight, no fever, no unusual bleeding or bruising. When I feel the occasional tiredness, it does NOT feel flu like at all - mainly tired, sleepy, lethargic, but it does pass. The rest of the day, I feel pretty good.

I think I probably need to have the CBC run again, but it will take several days, and due to my anxiety, am stressing out and not getting much sleep.
Can you tell me if this sounds like leukemia and if I need to be concerned.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
does not look like leukemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

The symptoms do not go with leukemia. Whatever it is, more likely benign.

Going by the symptoms, it looks like muscle pain or fibromyalgia. Not something to worry so much.

The more you worry, the symptoms would increase. You need something to cut down the anxiety.

Surely you can get another CBC to firmly rule out leukemia but I believe it will be normal.

Hope this helps. I will be available for follow up.

Thanks - had my CBC run and WBC came in at 9500. Up a little from last year (8900) and from 5 years ago (7800).
My stress and anxiety level has been extremely high, and I have been treating a nasty infected boil on my elbow.

I assume 9500 is not concerning....and that possibly the high stress and infection have caused it to rise over past levels.

Would you agree with all the above?

Thanks very much.
