Are Dry Eyes, Bump In Nose And Dark Patches On Vulva Suggestive Of Parasitic Infection?

Question: For approx 3 years I have been experiencing some very disturbing feelings that cont to make me think parasite. I am 56 have 2 dogs and chickens in a coup. I run around barefoot all the time. We have well water. It started by a large bump in my nose that open up spilling out little half circled brown things. This happened about every 3 -4 weeks for four times. My ears open up into my mouth releasing a far amount of little wax pieces. Next I started having heavy nose bleeds. Both sides would bleed, somethimes together but mostly at separate times. They would only stop when I pulled out a large blood clot? The size and the fact that this clot had what looked like tenticles and cont to move them. That does not sound right to me. After a period of time the nose bleeds stopped. When I am very tired, and my eyes are dry, I am constantly pulling little white hairs from my eye. These same white hairs will come out from rubbing legs bur are smaller. I have hair coming up thru the middle of my fingernails and my feet and hands are always cracked with more hair embedded in the crack. This might be because of my pups but I doubt it as I have to force them out. I may start out in the am with noticeable grey hair, but by night there is only the 2 mall patches in the forehead. No one in my family history went to a deep red when grey should be sowing. I have had lesions that I had tried to clean up and bandage but these lesions have turned into a large hole in my skinn filled wth blood and hair. There was also no pain like there should of been until I hit the bottom of the hole. This is when it would start bleeding but coagulates very fast I am finding hair all over the house and it is more then my dogs are producing. Some of these hairs move and wiggle when there is no circulation. I will get ugly dark patches around the vulva that will only go away if I litterly pull the hair out of the skin, leaving root attached and a nice pink comes back.in 2012 I had my mitral valve replaced and also had surgery for a rectal prolapse This is showing sings of returning and it should net be. Every month I get a mouth infection that no one can explain nor why I have had 4teeth break within 2 years. The rest of the teeth get worse after every infection. I have had 2 stool kits done in 2012 that came back normal. I have done a lot of recearsh into this and found that one catagory indicated that this traveled from lung to stomach, to bowell then back to the throught sinus included. The bowelles test would not be accurate if these were moving. I think it was call acsias. I know any one of the "problems", can be explained with other reasons, but why all at one. When I say parasite or worm in this I mean all of the little additions to these families that I do not have the name for. My reaction from the medical field had one doctor look at me like I was dirt and informed me that this is XXXXXXX and we are a clean people. The other Doctor did not even give me a chance to explain what was wrong. He told me it was all in my head and to quite scratching. He made his diagnosis before he knew anything. I am gun shy to seek care, but this stuff gets painfull. Any suggestions?

Brief Answer:
It seems like fungal or parasite

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have read your query and I am sorry to know what you are dealing with. I think your problems are starting from well water.

It does seem like a combination of fungal and parasitic infection. More chances of some type of fungal infection. A biopsy from the skin lesions, biopsy from mouth lesions and a stool test for ova, parasites and culture can confirm the type of infestation.

Anyways the treatment is similar for any type of parasitic/fungal infection.

For parasitic infection, apply lindane lotion or permethrin lotion over the whole body including head and neck before sleeping. Do not apply it over face or near eyes. It is not to be applied in mouth also. Just for external use. Wash it the day after. Repeat the process every week until the parasites are "gone". A tablet of albendazole 400 mg twice a day for 3 days can also be taken. This process should take care of any parasites. Check with veterinarian doctor and get anti-parasitic treatment for the animals as well.

Treatment for fungal infection is more difficult and is usually lifelong. It is also accompanied with considerable side effects. I dont know if it will be effective in your case. But you can definitely try the topical antifungal creams like miconazole cream.

I hope you are not drinking well water as such. It should be germ-free before you drink it. Reverse osmosis technique is most effective in cleaning water. These water purifiers can be installed in one's home.

Get your nose and throat examined by an ENT specialist. Also get examined by a surgeon.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
