Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to any cardiac disorders.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders (including myocardial ischemia).

So relax and do not worry about it!

Anxiety and GERD are probably the main cause of your symptoms.

You should consult with a specialist of this field to help you manage anxiety.

Regarding GERD some tips would be helpful:

- avoid spicy food
- avoid eating in large meals and try to eat more frequently in small portions.
- avoid smoking
- reduce caffeine intake
- take antiacids or PPI (omeprazole, lansoprazole, etc.)

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
