Brief Answer:
Premenstrual syndrome....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
In absence of pregnancy which is ruled out by the negative pregnancy test, the symptoms of breast soreness, nausea, even sometimes headache, lower abdominal ache, increased frequency of urine or mood swings all form a part of premenstrual syndrome which can occur a week prior to the onset of menses and can even last for a few days after the end of menses.
Presently , it indicates that your menses are to ensue in next few days.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
If this is mid cycle then the oestrogen increase in the follicular phase can cause such heaviness and mild soreness in the breasts. You may use hot fomentation thrice a day to soothe the pain. This shall get relieved naturally with the continuation of cycle as its physiological.
