Are Niftran, Eco Flora And D-Mannose Right Medication For Urosepsis?

Question: Hello Dr., Good Morning. My wife has been recovered from Uro Sepsis, just few weeks back. She was under ventilator support for 3 days. Now doing well. She is advised with Niftran 100 MG for 1 month once a day, Eco Flora 2 a day from 2 weeks and Cranberry and D-Mannose tablets 2 wice a day for 2 weeks. Hope nothing more is required.
She is Diabetic and under Insulin (Actrapid Flex)

Dear Doctor,

Thank you so much for your reply and your opinion on the line of treatment.
One last question that, Can Eco Flora or Cranberry and D-Mannose tablets create stomach upset or uncomfortably in gastro intestinal system. My wife is experiencing that after started taking Eco Flora or Cranberry and D-Mannose tablets.

Yes, Eco Flora and Cranberry with D-Mannose can cause stomach upset.
You can very well stop either of them for few days and see which one is causing the problem. Accordingly, inform your treating doctor, and it may be stopped.
With stomach upsets, remember to ask her drink more than 10 glasses of liquids daily, to prevent dehydration.
