Brief Answer:
Metformin helps in PCOD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about PCOD.

Following is my reply:

1. Among above drugs, Metformin helps in PCOD. Others are not of much value.

2. Since you are 36 years old, you should go ahead with IVF as egg reserve generally reduces significantly after 35 years of age and age is very important.

3. Small fibroid and gall stones wont harm much.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Brief Answer:
Low AMH means Less no. of eggs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

AMH levels indicate the no. of eggs remaining in your body. It reduces as age increases. It is high in case of PCOD where the eggs are many in number.

Yes. Low AMH means less no. of eggs in your body and hence low chances of pregnancy. If you really have PCOD, your AMH cant be less. One of them is wrong. Either PCOD diagnosis or AMH level is wrong.

There is no way to increase AMH.
