Brief Answer:
Get evaluated and investigated for parkinsonism and normal pressure hydrocephalus

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. These drugs are usually prescribed in parkinsonism.
The prognosis depends upon type of disease and is relatively good for idiopathic parkinsons but poor for progressive supranuclear palsy or multiple systems atrophy. So your doctor might have diagnosed a poor prognosis variant of parkinsonism.
Associated diabetes, hypertension leads to aggravated brain damage. Also history of fall is poor prognostic factors.
Any history of urinary complains?
You can get Mri brain to look for normal pressure hydrocephalus changes. CSF examination to measure pressure may also be required.
At present the medication are right and may be gradually increased in close follow up. You should continue treatment from the neurologist.
The prognosis is poor but exact approximation needs present status. In poor variant parkinsons plus syndrome the survival is usually 5-10 years depending upon comorbid illness and response to drugs.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
