After a week of dengue fever the platelet count improved to 170000. SGPT 191 and sgot 203. Pl explain what it indicates

But elevated liver enzymes indicate that there is a considerable but reversible amount of liver damage. This will recover over time, but you should keep repeating and checking the values.
