Abdominal Pain Since A Long Time. What Can Be Done?
Question: i've had abdominal pain, i.e., distended stomach and discomfort for 72 hours now. it seems it has become localized on my lower left side.
Hi
Pain in the left lower side can be due to infection of descending colon in infections like Amoebiasis,Left Ureteric stone .
Please get an Ultrasound abdomen and rule out ureteric stone.
If stone is not present,please take Antibiotic Ofloxacin and ornidazole,antispasmodic Dicyclomine and Capsule Rabeprazole and domperidone.
Add pre and probiotic capsule also.
It will subside.
