Abdomen Hurts During Urination. Feeling Sore. What Could Be The Problem?

Question: The bottom of my abdomen hurts halfway through urination. It was sore all day yesterday. My urethra does not hurt. I am generally aware if I have a UTI or kidney trouble. I'm not ruling it out. What is the most likely problem?

The most likely problem is infection in the bladder / at times stone...
Get examined / have an ultrasound, urine rouine and culture
At times pelvic examination may be necessary to exclude Gynaecological problems..
