The hospital facilties are as such good. The experience with Dr. Shanthi Sanjay (Gynecologist) has allways been a pain. She makes her patients wait for long hours inspite of having prior appointment. The most objectionable behaviour from her is that she avenges on her patients if things are not set her way. Shanthi Sanjay is utterly unprofessional that she made me wait in the scan room for more than an hour. She was scanning a patient before me and when it was my turn she told the scan room assistants to prepare me next and that she will return back soon. She did not come back until after an hour inspite of repeated calls from the scan room. This kind of behaviour from a senior doctor is so disgraceful to the hospital and would lead to total mistrust on the doctor and the hospital as well.
