hello... i had my menstrual date on 17th of january and i had sex with my partner on 16th as well as on 17th morning without proteaction.... i took an ipill at 17th afternoon itself and by 17th evening i got my periods... i have been having heavy bleeding and weakness... is it causing any side effects or will this cause any pregnancy???

I have diabetes and have recently lost my medical insurance. I have also run out of insulin and have been "playing it by ear" with my health. During this time I have noticed I havent gotten my period yet. Its been 2 months since this all started. Can me not taking my insulin be the cause of me not having my period for 2 months?
