Indigestion, medically known as dyspepsia, refers to a feeling of fullness during a meal, uncomfortable fullness after a meal, and burning or pain in the upper abdomen. It is often an indicator of other gastrointestinal diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, malignancy, or diseases of the pancreas or bile ducts. Functional dyspepsia is a term used to describe a condition in which no cause can be found for the symptoms of indigestion. Indigestion is not the same as heartburn, though the two conditions can coexist. Your doctor can suggest lifestyle changes, stress management tips, and prescribe medications to treat indigestion

Indigestion in new born
My son is 2months now, he always cry after giving feed. His stomach looks bloated. Some of my neighbours told it could be indigestions and to give gripe water. can i give gripe water to my son. Will he stop crying. He also passes lot of gas. Iam not giving him anything except my milk. Iam seeing that even i donot take any thing which will cause indigestion
Indigestion
I usually have constipation and hence suffered from piles since years. A weeK back I had lot of mutton and oily diet with a peg of whisky. As a result I had watery loose motions, bubbly and uneasy stomach and sour burps. This got better but then again a couple of days back it started all over again. I am also having some pimples/rashes on tip of tongue. What should I?
