My blood pressure readings in the last 3 months is 130/105, 135/88 and 138/98 respectively. At present i am not taking any allopathic medicine. Daily i wil go for brisk walk for 45 minutes and i will do pranayama. Do i have high blood pressure? Do i need to take BP medicine regularly? Is there any home remedy to lower blood pressure level? I am 35 years old working for a software company.
