ECG high while the patient is still. What can be the cause?
I am taking an ECG of a pt who is laying completely still, and is in a normal sinus rhythm , but the ECG looks like he is riding in the back of an ambulance. The lines themselves are shakey looking but normal as far as rhythm. This is the 3rd ECG of the morning and the machine was working fine....

Knee cap shattered in an accident. Amputation or rod fixing advised. Which is better option?

My brother was met with an accident, His right side leg knee caps shattered in to pieces. Doctor told it can't be reused ,there are only two options either to ampute his leg or fix thigh bone and leg with rod. patient can walk but can't bend his leg for rest of is life...
