Chronic throat infection with bumps on back of throat

please help, for the last 3 days iv felt a lump at the back of my throat i cant shift, feels like rubbish but it wont go down or come up, i have just got over a cold and cough, but my nose is a little stuffy sometimes still, iv just had a lot of blood work done and nothing showed up, but im terrified its throat cancer! im 27 and do smoke! i dont have a sore throat when i swallow though and food goes down like normal!

I am 18 years old and have been smoking sinve this january only. I do not like weed at all. From some time now i am feeling pain in throat and whenevr i go for swimming i have bad ear aches. I think i am developing throat cancer. I have tried quitting smoking but its very hard. What is this and what should i do to quit smoking?

I have been smoking for a year and from past 1 month i am having sore throat. My lips have swollen since yesterday. It hurts very badly, especially when i swallow something. Does it mean that i am having throat cancer??
