Bacterial Vaginosis
Bacterial vaginosis is caused by an imbalance btw the bacterial flora that occurs naturally, it should not be confused with yeast infection (candida), or infection with trichomoniasis which are not caused by bacteria.

Vaginitis is the inflammation of vagina leading to itching, discharge and pain. It is mainly caused by the imbalance in the vaginal bacterial or due to infection of the vagina. It can also occur due to decreased estrogen levels especially in the menopause.
