Query regarding Bone TB

My mother is suffering from Bone TB. After X-Ray, MRI and a number of blood test, Doctor has only two medicines and instructed for complete rest. Medicines are AKT4 and Bio-D3-Plus. Do you think those medicines are sufficient to cure her completely?
