Well i have Anxiety Bad and im on Xanax which helps alot! But lately when im having a mild case of Anxiety my Heart skips beats alot, some times maybe 20 or more times in a hour, doctors say they are normal with Anxiety, Im only 19 and im FREAKED out, how can i make them stop is there anything i can do?
