my niece vishrutha rao, 12 years old, living in mysore, karnataka, is having sinus problem. at night, she is unable to breathe. allopathy doctor has given her a nasal drop to be used at night. with this she gets little relief. but i feel she should not use allopathy because she is too small.

i am the resident of gurgaon India. presentably i am in Oman. although i am frequent sufferer cold and cough but here in Oman my nose always discharging mucus(yellow). now my nose is almost blocked, most of the time i am breathing with mouth. i am not feeling smell also. due to this problem i am unable to sleep in the night. sir pl suggest what i should do. is this could be cured by operation ?
