Pains in chest?

Hi, I have had a kind of dull ache in the region of my heart for a couple of months now, nothing outrageous, just feels like someone is applying pressure with a thumb (it's that localised) to my chest. I don't really want to go to the doctors and have that on my medical record, but I am a little concerned! I also have a little numbness in my fingers when I grab things, could this be physcosematic, or indacative of a problem, also...

This past week I have been experincing upper chest pressure. Today I am having sharp pains around my rotatercup in my left shoulder, which shoot down to my elbow.I am also belching alot and feel bloated I was curious if I should go to the ER now or wait it out till monday? 28 Male

Are heart problems possible without feeling chest pains?

For some reason, I feel tired allllll the time. I get full nights rest, I'm a homemaker with no worries, I'm happy. I have had my blood tested for hormones, thyroid, anemia, you name it. I am not "pumped" after I exercise, I'm exhausted. I breath fine and have no chest pains, but could it STILL be my heart,,,mabe? If not, then what the HELL is wrong with me!!!!!!!????????
