i can feel my heart hammering in my chest, along with pain in my chest and throat when i breathe. it started with symptoms of tight chest, like someone was sat on it! but now i get these plapatations esp on a night. i took my heart rate during one of these little ''attacks'' and it was 89. i know my normal rest rate is 70 so im wondering if i should worry about any of this? along with all that ive found about 4-5 lumps in...
Chest Tightness?
Today and yesterday my chest felt a little tight while I was working out. It only lasted for a minute or two and went away when I stopped. I'm only 19 and have no major health problems. I have been dealing with anxiety recently. I did have an abscess in my tooth recently. The reason I think that might be important is because I know that the health of your mouth is related to the health of your heart. Should I worry at all?

Also, I can get breathless fairly easy and when I wake up in the morning, I am always soaked because I have sweated like crazy through the night! Do you think these are all related to one thing?
