deafness in left ear

i am deaf in my left ear. doctors told me due to blood cloting you are deaf , and other doctor said my ear nerves are weak. so i am not able to hear in my left ear, so pls suggest

Left ear deafness

I have deafness in my left ear. I listen almost nothing in this ear. Audiogram and audiometry test done, and it shows great loss in the left ear. Is there any chance by means of surgery or by using hearing aid or by doing exercises, so that I can hear in my left ear. Please reply ASAP.
