Nandrolone
Nandrolone ( 19-nortestosterone ) is an anabolic steroid that may be present naturally in the human body , albeit in minute quantities of less than 0.4 nbsp;ng/ml. Nandrolone is most commonly sold commercially as its decanoate ester ( Deca-Durabolin ) and less commonly as a phenylpropionate ester ( Durabolin ). Nandrolone decanoate is used in the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women (though now not recommended) at a dose of 50 nbsp;mg every three weeks. It is also used for some aplastic anaemias .
Lithium Carbonate
Lithium carbonate is indicated in the treatment of manic episodes of manic-depressive illness. Maintenance therapy prevents or diminishes the intensity of subsequent episodes in those manic-depressive patients with a history of mania.
Typical symptoms of mania include pressure of speech, motor hyperactivity, reduced need for sleep, flight of ideas, grandiosity, elation, poor judgment, aggressiveness, and possibly hostility. When given to a patient experiencing a manic episode, lithium carbonate may produce a normalization of symptomatology within 1 to 3 weeks
Acetyl Salicylic Acid
Pain arising from integumental structures, myalgias, neuralgias, arthralgias, headache, dysmenorrhea, and similar types of pain.
Antipyretic.
Anti-inflammatory agent in conditions such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, SLE, acute rheumatic fever, gout, and many other conditions.
Mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (Kawasaki disease).

Investigational: Chronic use to prevent cataract formation; low doses to prevent toxemia of pregnancy; in pregnant women with inadequate uteroplacental blood flow. Reduce colon cancer mortality (low doses).
Lansoprazole
Short-term treatment (up to 4 weeks) for healing and symptomatic relief of active duodenal ulcer. Short-term treatment (up to 8 weeks) for healing and symptomatic relief of all grades of erosive esophagitis. Maintenance treatment of healed erosive esophagitis. Long-term treatment of pathologic hypersecretory conditions, including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Zidovudine
PO: Initial treatment of HIV-infected adults who have a CD4 cell count of 500/mm3 or less. Zidovudine has been found superior to either didanosine or zalcitabine monotherapy for initial treatment of HIV-infected clients who have not had previous antiretroviral therapy. To prevent HIV transmission from pregnant women to their fetuses. For HIV-infected children over 3 months of age who have HIV-related symptoms or are asymptomatic with abnormal laboratory values indicating significant immunosuppression. In combination with zalcitabine in selected clients with advanced HIV disease (CD4 cell count of 300 cells/mm3 or less).
IV: Selected adult clients with symptomatic HIV infections who have a history of confirmed Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia or an absolute CD4 (T4 helper/inducer) lymphocyte count of less than 200 mm/3 in the peripheral blood prior to therapy.
