15 years old pregnant abortion or no abortion? :'( need peoples views for a friend i know

pregnant after abortion?

I had an abortion in 2 nd month when i became pregnant last time. I suddenly got bleeding and the doctor said that i have aborted, they gave me some medications so that i abort completely this happended one year back. Now iam conceived now iam 2 and half months iam worried whether i will abort this child also. Doctor has given me some medications as a precaution to stop the bleeding.
