User :   hi
i am having pain in my left hip. it started in the front on saturday & i thought it might be related to ovulation. since then its has moved. i went running today thinking, its been 2 weeks & i better get out there. i ran for 30 minutes (really slowly) that made it worse. it was hurting on the high outer left thigh & now above my right hip. before running it felt better whenever i took a hot bath, or was lying down (standing too wasn't bad). sitting seemed to make it worse.
