User:I recently did my master health check up, in one of the reports to check my blood sugar level I got the following results
User:Fasting - 89 mg/dl
User:Post Prandial - 71 mg/dl
User:I am confused why my pp is less than fasting?
User:can you please advice
Doctor:How long had it been since you had eaten?
Doctor:was it 1.5 hours or 2 hours?
User:12 hours fasting, after breakfast 2 hours
Doctor:Ok. It looks like you have a very efficient insulin feedback system. And your cells are very sensitive to insulin. These are good things.
