User:When ever i stiff my muscles i m getting pain in anus

Doctor:Do you feel the pain is more after prolonged sitting?

Doctor:Pain in the anal region most commonly is associated with anal problem like fissure, hemorrhoids (piles) and sometimes with some growth like cyst around the anal region.
Doctor:Rarely they can be part of a systemic viral illness or muscular problem / tail bone inflammation.
Doctor:It is extremely difficult to predict which among these are the possible cause of your pain.
Doctor:However based on the fact that you are having fever and back pain too, I feel the symptoms that you describe is related to some viral infection.
Doctor:I suggest you to try some analgesics like Tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day for 2-3 days.
Doctor:Avoid prolonged sitting
Doctor:along with proper rest.
Doctor:Consume plenty of water and high fibre diet like fruits and vegetables.
Doctor:Watch and monitor the progress of the symptoms.
Doctor:If you notice any difficulty in passing stool,
Doctor:or if you see any blood while passing stool
Doctor:or if there is any local growth / swelling, soreness around the anal region,
Doctor:please consult a doctor for local examination.
Doctor:You may need some specific antibiotics and other treatment then.
Doctor:Meanwhile you can also try XXXXXXX warm water sit bath -
Doctor:sit in tub containing XXXXXXX warm water for 15 - 20 minutes for twice or thrice a day.
