User :   I went to the doctors and I forget what i have. I have white patches on my throat surround by red. I had a fever. Now I have congestion, my body is weak and tired. I feel okay when I lay down, but when I get up, I feel worse. It's a virus, she says. Not strept. My throat doesn't hurt. It hurt for a little the first day, but not a lot at all. I believe it started with a "S". Can you tell me what this is?
