User :   i wanted to discuss about issue in my right Ear

User :   i have continiuos whistling sound

User :   i keep on putting cotton out side
User :   i feel i loosing hearing slowly

User :   i did check in some hospital
User :   no in only one ear left

User :   as treatment i got only Citrigen

User :   did x-Ray for Nose and shown me kind of cloud
User :   i am now 43 year old

User :   this itself is continuing since quite some time

User :   mainly if i m in A/C
User :   Dr. has seen the Ear but they says nothing in the ear
User :   the gave some ointment to apply using cotton buds

User :   i did Audiogram test and it seems some hearing loss also there
User :   but Dr says it's not the issue at this moment
User :   Some time i find it's dificult to hear need to ask to repeate
User :   mainly when my attention is not there

Doctor :   the basic issue here , might be otitis media ,
User :   this is all going on since long so littile worried
Doctor :   you might be having some fluid in the ear, which might be causing the symtoms

User :   another observation no discharge from Ear
User :   not sure if the connecting nurve between nose and year in block
Doctor :   ear discharge is not seen in otitis media (secretory)
Doctor :   Usully this condition resolves on its own
User :   i mean the normal discharge also not there
User :   right year i get some wax
User :   but this Ear nothing
User :   what should i do
Doctor :   you might use a hYDROCORTTISONE drops for the ear
Doctor :   this will reduce the itching and other symptoms

User :   is this Ear Drop?
Doctor :   The tinnitus might resolve soon with the drops
Doctor :   yes this is a ear drops

User :   what is approx time where i can see tht this is working or not
User :   i mean week, month?
Doctor :   usually within a weeks time

User :   any precaution?
Doctor :   nothing as such
Doctor :   since there is no discharge , this is just due to irritation of the ear lining

User :   any side effect which might observed?
Doctor :   not with this drops
User :   many specific manufacturer
Doctor :   you can ask in any pharmacy , and you will find it
