User:my kid girl is 4 yr old

User:she actually had little cough from yesterday morning as she never waer a jacket or a sweter in these cold days

User:from yesterday night she is little feverish. i could nott check temperature as could nott find the thermometer. so att night 3 am yesterday gave a feverin homeo liquid
