User:I have cough and cold from last one week, initially I had throat infection which is a recurring problem for which I took Azithral 500 mg 1 Tab for 3 days
User:Throat seems to be alright
User:However cough is bothering me too much
Doctor:is it dry or wet cough?
User:I kind of get strokes too often which last for 3-4 minutes of coughing
Doctor:do you mean to say that there is mucus or phlegm production?
Doctor:are you there?

Doctor:please get a sputum examination done
Doctor:if required, culture as well
Doctor:to look for any infecting bacteria
Doctor:I suggest you consult a pulmonologist for this
User:is this different from ENT ?
Doctor:since you already took the antibiotic, we need further investigate this problem before proceeding further

Doctor:do steam inhalation thrice daily
Doctor:I usually prescribe my patients syrup Ascoril 10ml at bedtime
