User:My wife is having viral fever.

User:Can you suggest medicine.
Doctor:Viral fever generally does not require any medicines
User:but she is having temperature aroung 102.
Doctor:you can give her 500 mg of paracetamol whenever there is fever
Doctor:paracetamol can be given 4 times a day
User:actually fever is cominh too and fro..
