User:i want to seek help from pediactric
User:my child is not feeling well
User:5 years 6 months old

User:we gave a 5 ml doe of ibugesic
User:then fever was suspended for a while
User:6 -7 hrs
User:morning 11 we gave her buiscits
User:and then she complained abt pain in throat
User:fever was 101 again at that time
User:we gave her another dose
User:and at 2 she slept
User:and now she woke up
User:fever is 101.5
User:she is feeling cold
User:and pain in throat
User:any anti boitic
User:u may suggest

Doctor:Firstly we can try an antiallergic medicine

Doctor:I will suggest syrup cetirizine

Doctor:She can take cetirizine syrup 1.5 ml tonight before sleeping
Doctor:Azithromycin is not recommended in kids
User:last time she was having this kind of condition
Doctor:Rather amoxicillin or cotrimoxazole may be taken

Doctor:augmentin is amoxicillin
User:amoxicillin or cotrimoxazole
