User:i hv been prescribed diax od for 3 months

User:i travel a lot and work odd hours so most of the excercise is on the weekend
Doctor:You may want to go to a good gym and speak to an instructor, they could fashion a good workout for you
User:thats where i hv a challange
User:i dont hv a fixed routine
Doctor:I unerstand its difficult. Maybe you can speak to the instructor about finding cardio exercises that you can do, no matter where you are
Doctor:Like jogging in place, or running, etc
User:honestly i am confused bcoz my nutritinist says u need strength training
Doctor:Strength training will build muscle and make it easier for you to burn calories in the long run
Doctor:but cardio will burn more calories per unit time and you will lose weight
Doctor:think of it like this, cardio will help you lose the weigh, strength training will help keep it off
Doctor:both are important
