User:My Kid, 3 years old is unable to keep his meals down. vomiting out

User:tends to vomit as soon as he sees some eatable

User:last week he's up from fever, cough

User:there's no fever or cougn now
Doctor:May I know the medications he took for fever and cough?
User:he was on dolopar 250 and Tminic as doctor advised

Doctor:Was he vomiting during fever too?
User:no, that time his diet was reduced

User:usually in good health he tends to do this
Doctor:Is he complaining of stomach ache or any other symptoms?
User:I suspect some gas related trouble

User:he could not speakup...but i feel his tummy is pretty hard in morning

User:morning milk he always vomits out

Doctor:Start with low volume of fluids like cold milk and water.

User:if he burps in morning, he wont vomit then

User:but problem is we are not able to make him burp

User:Once i tried giving him XXXXXXX warm water, that helped. but I am not sure to give him that regularly in the morning
Doctor:Avoid citric fruits, warm milk and any hot and spicy food.

Doctor:You can give cold water to drink in the morning

Doctor:as this will buffer off the acid produced in the stomach overnight.

User:its 17 kg

Doctor:Syp Colic aid three times a day for 4 to 5 days after food

Doctor:Observe his improvements and I hope he is not allergic to any medicines.
User:he dont take antibiotics well

User:for other medicines, he's ok

User:would you suggest stopping milk with it?
Doctor:Even after 5 days if no improvement is seen then a pediatric consultation would be good.
Doctor:Avoid warm or hot milk
