Doctor:From what you describe your husband has action tremors.
Doctor:Action tremors can be due to familial cause, with no known reasons, effects of medicines, anxiety or few medical conditions - organic and somatic.
Doctor:Now since he is on thyroid supplements, and since the symptoms started after his last thyroid check up
Doctor:I would advice him to recheck TSH, free T3 and free T4 levels.
