User:I have a very slight tingling sensation while peeing and a very slight tingle on my penis. i don't have any other symptoms. I am worried it might be one of two things. I went to a strip club and a girl grinded her naked vagina over my naked stomach and it may have briefly glided over my naked penis. But not totally sure. I also masturbated roughly while wearing a condom and I don't usually wear condoms. I am incredibly nervous and anxious. I finished a two day course of zithromax 12 hours ago and started the treatment 36 hours after the event.
