User:Query is related to knee pain

User:I do trekking on every weekend for 8-hours a day
User:I am now oberving a pain or soreness in knee at end of the day.

User:I want to continue trekking and this pain is i want to avoid.
User:Previous i used to push a longer, but now my knees give me pain.

User:sometimes in thigh muscle
User:pain is from past 4-weeks. I am trekking for 2-years.

User:is Knee cap advisable while running. coz with Knee cap i can trek more distance.
