User:I have 2 2 yr old girl

User:she is having small boils around her neck
User:which has recently increased in number
User:the place we stay is very humid and she sweats a lot around the arear
User:we have applied neem leaves too for the same
Doctor:Can you describe the boils?
User:boils means they do not contain any water as such or pus
User:its like prickly heat

Doctor:Is it very small or is it like mosquito bite?

User:not like a mosquito bite
User:small round ones
Doctor:Can you upload a photo of the rash?
User:oh..but I am not having one
User:and I am at work

Doctor:From how long does she have the rash?
User:from past 1 week
Doctor:You can try hydrocortisone 0.1% cream on it
Doctor:But it is better to first get her checked by a doctor, preferably dermatologist
Doctor:I think it is dermatitis

Doctor:Also if she can stay in air-conditioned room

Doctor:Since it is happening in folds of skin, it is due to sweating and heat
Doctor:It will get better when the temperature and humidity of room is maintained

Doctor:Juhnsons baby soap is better until her skin is healed
User:we were using XXXXXXX baby soap before..is that fine

User:how can we lighten her skin tone
Doctor:I wouldnt suggest medicines for her delicate skin
Doctor:It may be because of sun exposure

Doctor:Sun exposure can be avoided
Doctor:Sunscreen lotions can also be used
User:and for a 2yr old she is only 11 kg
User:which sunscreen can we use for her
Doctor:Any sunscreen above spf 30
