User:i am putting a lot of weight

User:n this increasing weight has started to bother me a lot nowadays,like i have swollen feet,reduced vision(my spectacles no has dropped), i forget things a lot

User:my last discharge report says i had pyrexia of unknown origin with megaloblastic anameia

Doctor:High calorie food means milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, cream , icecream, sweets
User:u saying i should take all medicines again
Doctor:You also need to exercise for atleast 20 min a day
Doctor:If you are still anemic
Doctor:You will need to repeat your blood tests for anemia
