User:Since about 2 -3 days, I have been feeling some pain in my lower back portion. I feel it may be due to the fact that I have started playing Volley ball which involves quite a lot of jumping around.
User:Height is about 5.9 and weight is 90 KGS
Doctor:I see, have you tried any treatment for the same?
User:I do not feel discomfort while sitting or even when I raise any of my legs. But I find it difficult to bend forward.
User:No.
User:I have not yet.
Doctor:In my view, you should give your back some rest now
Doctor:Do not play volley ball for a week now
Doctor:Just do some light back stretches
User:This weekend, may have put a little bit of additional strain, as I was out on a vacation, which involved a trek for about 2 hours too.
User:Alright.
Doctor:Use volini spray or ointment locally to get rid of the pain
Doctor:oh, that has definitely caused more burden on your back
User:But do you see it as a serious back problem (like slip disc) or just probably a strain?
Doctor:It should probably be just a strain
Doctor:Give it some rest as advised
User:Alright.
User:Thank you Doctor.
Doctor:It should be gone when you give complete back rest for a day or two
User:Alright Doctor. Thank you for your advise.
Doctor:Take msucle relaxants like Brufen MR twice daily after food for faster recovery
Doctor:Get well soon
Doctor:it's my pleasure
User:Alright. Thank you Doctore.
Doctor:Do you have any more queries?
Doctor:Thanks for visiting me here. Bye for now.
