User:weight for a healthy baby

Doctor:no this is at delivery
User:no no i m asking XXXXXXX the weight of the foetus
Doctor:there are no real metrics for weight before birth.. that requires an ultrasound and depends on alot of different factors
User:at 7 th month
User:m a lean girl n i hv gained just 5-6 kgs
Doctor:That's great! Average weight gain during entire pregnancy should be no more than 7
User:cn i deliver a healthy baby

User:k

User:k
User:my feet are swollen n at times i feel dizzy
User:i think dats because of low haemoglobin
Doctor:The dizziness is def because of the low BP and low Hb.
User:however my doc said its normal
User:nut i myself feel dat i shd have been 12+
User:as whn i conceived it was 13.3
Doctor:The swelling of the feet is because the baby is resting against the veins that drain blood from the feet and causing venous congestion.. Unfortunately all i can reccomend is that you not lie down the right side and keep your feet elevated when you can
User:so i shd lie down on my left most of the tym?
Doctor:yup
User:whn i conceived the Hbit was 13.3
User:Hb was 13.3
User:now its 11.9
User:hw cn i help myself in dis
Doctor:The baby has taken some of that from you.. you need to supplement iron.. hence the dexorange
Doctor:there is another pill form of the same called Fefol
