User:my problem is that , I am having pinching pain in my lower abdomen
User:on left side
User:its not comes and goes away

User:no, just 4 days back I noticed pinkish brown spotting
User:it was very mild
User:and it didn't happen again
User:my periods were due on 28th

User:last periods were on 30th july
Doctor:Pinkish brown spotting is common before periods
Doctor:The pain may be premenstrual pain
User:ok but I didn't experience it before
Doctor:Some times it happens with heavy physical work or stress
