User:i have stopped using medicines after chicken pox. I didnt use medicines from july. This motion problem started recently from 7-10 days..

Doctor:From your description, I feel that the anal pain and the fever with body ache are not related.
Doctor:Anal pain could be due to a fissure or piles.

User:does it cure with medicines?
Doctor:As you have been having constipation on and off sometimes on straining too hard the stools which injure the anal tissue.
Doctor:Yes, it can be cured with medicines after knowing the degree of piles or depth of the fissures.

Doctor:For this you need to see a general surgeon for examination.
Doctor:Meanwhile you can take a sitz bath which will help in reliving your pain
Doctor:Here you need to take warm water in a tub and sit in it for 15 to 20 mins.

Doctor:Consume high fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Doctor:For fever and body ache - I feel that you might be suffering with viral fever.

Doctor:If temperature goes above 100 take tab Dolo 650mg.
Doctor:you can take dolo 650 thrice a day
Doctor:And take bed rest as much as possible.

Doctor:If you have temperature more than 100 along with body ache, I would suggest you to take complete bed rest.
