User:hello i am XXXXXXX
User:i had a ligament tear a week back
User:doc aasked me to take rest for 15 days

User:now next 4 days i took rest
User:today i again came to office
Doctor:Ok
User:but y leg feels really tired :(:(
User:is it common ?
User:is it natural ?\
Doctor:Legs feeling tired is very non specific term. Tiredness is felt uniformly and not only to a particular limb/organ.
Doctor:You may however feel some weakness
Doctor:if you have not been using the limb for more than a week.
User:only my righ leg,
User:right knee where luigament got torn,
User:that leg feels really tired
Doctor:You may also experience some pain during exertion due to the injury.
User:no pain as such,
Doctor:I am sorry, I do not clearly understand what you mean by lets feeling tiredness. Do you mean weakness?
User:yes my right leg feels very weak
User:like it has walked a lot
User:and it cant walk any more
Doctor:The weakness as I said happens after prolonged resting.
User:there is no amount of pain as such
User:resting ?
Doctor:If you have not been using the limb after the injury, you would feel weak during the initial days.
Doctor:As you start activities, things improve.
User:oh okay , like tat,
User:i din use my right leg for four days
Doctor:If you feel it is getting worse, then it needs to be evaluated.
User:no i dont have any pain
User:worse meaning ?
Doctor:Since you have no pain, I would only be worried if the weakness gradually gets worse or if you develop weakness of other parts of the body.
Doctor:I would ask you to get investigated only in cases there is progression of symptom as described above.
User:oh okay,
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:how would i know if weakness is getting worse ?
Doctor:Do you have any more queries?
User:i have my appointment as of this weekend
User:can u suggest my ideal course of action to reduce the weakness
Doctor:It something that is very subjective. On the contrary, couple of symptoms that you can look out for are:
Doctor:1. Inability to lift the limb as easily and comfortably in a lying down posture.
Doctor:2. Similar weakness / limb lifting difficult experienced in other limbs.
User:okay ,
User:other limbs meaning other knee ?
Doctor:Other limbs mean opposite legs, your arms, forearm and hand.
User:oh okay
Doctor:Do you have any more queries?
User:no no such pain anywhere else
User:nope thanks .
Doctor:I did not mean pain,
Doctor:I meant the weakness of other limbs.
Doctor:Hope it is clear to you.
Doctor:Thanks for visiting me here. Bye for now.
