User:My son is 8 years old in the last month everytime he sweats it smells like cotton candy. I have asked numerous parents to smell him and they smelled the same thing. His friend is a diabetic so the mom did a blood test and his came out at 107. Should I go to see the doctor? Kindest Regards XXXXXXX
