User:pretty much constant
Doctor:Since how many days or months?
Doctor:when did you notice it first?
User:about a week now. Before that it was only occasional.
Doctor:can you describe it more?
Doctor:like is it only breathlessness or is it like a pain?
User:No, its not painful just like its breathlessness and feels quivery in my chest/torso
Doctor:By quivery you mean kind of shakiness
