Doctor:or piles
Doctor:Did she take any treatment for this?
User:this is the first time happend to her in life time (regarding blood in stool)
User:we went to gynic whome we are aproaching for fertility
User:she gave an ointment

User:but we would like to know what caused the blood to flow in stools, any stool test
Doctor:when you take excess spicy food, this can happen
User:yes even the TPO issue we would like to know
User:oh ok
Doctor:this is the first time it happened to your wife, so it can be taken as something wrong with the food
Doctor:high spicy food
Doctor:and also less water intake
User:she has stool in dark color and also blood along with stool
User:she did not had hard stool, its a smooth stool
Doctor:is she taking iron tablets?
User:she is only taking the fertility tretement tables, but not any specific iron tabs
User:could this also be due to thyroid?
Doctor:thyroid problem cannot cause this bleeding
Doctor:fertility treatment medicines can also cause blood in the stools
Doctor:because of generating excess heat in the body
User:ok let me ping u the tablets names
User:clome 50 (5days) progynuva (5days), fertisure - F (1 month) , fertigyn 10000 IU injuction , susten 200 ( 10 days) this is all in Dec 2013
User:Dec 2013 folicular study is completed, and now waiting for next cycle expected on 14 XXXXXXX 2014
Doctor:I get it now
Doctor:all these medicines definitely cause excess body heat generation
Doctor:more blood supply and new blood vessel generations
Doctor:This is the most probable reason for her blood in stools
Doctor:however, she needs to continue the medicines as these are important for conception
User:and also i would like to know is it good to go for fertility treatment now having TPO > 1300
Doctor:it is better to get treated for one at a time
Doctor:since thyroid is very important for conception, it is better to correct it first
Doctor:TPO> 1300 is definitely not good
Doctor:she needs to take continuous treatment for it
Doctor:37.5 mcg thyronorm - she can continue to take it
User:ok...does she really having thyroid in first place, or is TPO causing the thyroid malfunction
User:can we correct TPO?
User:with diet/medicens
Doctor:you can reduce its production
Doctor:cannot be completely cured
User:she used to take very bad diet, no proper green vegitables, no leafy vegitables...always fried curries
Doctor:I see
User:does her diet induced this TPO issue? and i am curious to know what this TPO is
Doctor:TPO issue is mainly autoimmune associated
Doctor:not related to diet
User:please let me know your suggestion what need to be treated first
Doctor:If I were the treating doctor, I would first treat the thyroid problem for first three months
Doctor:correct the TPO antibodies as much as possible
Doctor:and then I will start fertility treatment
User:so is it better to stop the fertility treament for the next cycle
Doctor:I would do that
User:will there be any specifc doctors for TPO
User:or thyrod dygnocis
Doctor:A thyroid specialist can handle this
Doctor:if required a Rheumatologist can help too
User:what about Endocronologist?
Doctor:Or simple medical endocrinologist can handle this more specifically
Doctor:that is right
User:and are there any test for Stools
User:to check any complications
